PROGRAM INFORMATION
Program Description: SUNY Plattsburgh offers an outstanding education at an affordable cost, with scholarships awarded to all accepted international applicants. The campus is located in a small, vibrant, and friendly college town in northern New York state. Plattsburgh has been rated the second-best micro-city in the U.S., offering a downtown area within walking distance to campus that has a budding arts and music scene, global cuisines at locally-owned restaurants, and an historic past dating back to the War of 1812. Approximately 5,500 students are enrolled in one of our 60+ major fields of study. Our more than 350 international students represent 70+ countries and are very active in clubs and campus life.

Eligibility Requirements
Requirements 1: Must be accepted and enrolled full-time at SUNY Plattsburgh.
Requirements 2: Must possess superior academic achievement as evidenced by high school grades, college/university grades, and/or results on nationally standardized exams.
Requirements 3: Must submit evidence of English language proficiency (for example, TOEFL, IELTS, completion of recognized ESL program).
Requirements 4: Freshman applicants are encouraged to provide SAT or ACT results.
