Program Description: Founded in 1916, UW-Eau Claire continues to build its national reputation based on the achievements of its students and faculty. As one of the top regional public universities in the Midwest, UW-Eau Claire provides students with small classes led by talented professors, cutting-edge programs, hands-on research, and life-enhancing study abroad opportunities. A safe and friendly campus community and beautiful surroundings (from rivers and bike trails to shopping and entertainment) make UW-Eau Claire an exceptional place. UW-Eau Claire is fully accredited at the bachelor’s and master’s levels and offers more than 80 undergraduate and 14 graduate programs. UW-Eau Claire's English Language Academy offers affordable, non-credit English as a Second Language instruction to professionals and students whose first language is not English. Students improve their skills with UW-Eau Claire's high quality instruction and innovative teaching methods. UW-Eau Claire's Center for International Education coordinates an extensive international student orientation and Host Family/Friends program.
