Program Information

Program Description: The University of North Dakota offers three tuition scholarships for undergraduate, international, degree-seeking students. SCHOLARSHIP #1: $3,000 first year scholarships. SCHOLARSHIP #2: Up to $14,580 second, third, and fourth year scholarships. SCHOLARSHIP #3: Up to $12,000 SAT/ACT scholarships spread over four years.

Eligibility Requirements

Requirements 1: F-1 student visa in valid standing with the Department of Homeland Security.
Requirements 2: Must not have earned a baccalaureate degree.
Requirements 3: SCHOLARSHIP #1: For full-time, undergraduate, degree-seeking, international students. First two semesters on campus only. Must maintain 2.50 GPA and participate in campus service activities. Must be billed at full, non-resident tuition rate. May not be receiving other tuition support or waivers (with the exception of SCHOLARSHIP #3).
Requirements 4: SCHOLARSHIP #2: Eligible after two semesters at UND. Demonstrated academic success (minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50). Demonstrated financial need. Demonstrated active service to UND community. Application deadline April 1.
Requirements 5: SCHOLARSHIP #3: Must be admitted to UND by February 5, 2010. In top 10% of high school class. Must have minimum combined SAT scores (Math + Critical Reading) of 1090 or minimum ACT score of 24 at time of admission.
