Program Description:	This admission-based award is for international students who are admitted as fully-qualified beginning freshmen by May 1 for the fall semester. Recipients must volunteer annually for 15 hours of service at IUPUI events with an international theme each academic year.

Requirements 1:	Must be fully-qualified admitted beginning freshmen by May 1.
Requirements 2:	A minimal TOEFL iBT score of 80, or a minimum SAT Critical Reading score of 450, or an IELTS score of 6.0.
Requirements 3:	For renewal, student must maintain a 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
Requirements 4:	Student must volunteer annually for 15 hours of service at IUPUI events that have an international theme.
Requirements 5:	Completion of ELS level 112.
